A polyurethane bushing is a durable, elastic sleeve made of cast polyurethane, used as a hinge and vibration-isolating component between two moving parts.
Compared with ordinary rubber bushings, polyurethane has higher stiffness and much better wear resistance. It works by cushioning impacts, absorbing vibration and reducing friction between connecting components, while limiting unwanted play and movement.
It is widely fitted in vehicle suspension control arms, tie rods, rocker arms, as well as engineering machinery and mining equipment. It effectively reduces noise, improves handling precision and greatly extends service life under heavy-duty, oily or harsh working conditions.
Excellent Wear & Tear ResistancePolyurethane material features outstanding wear resistance. Compared with ordinary rubber bushings, it has a much longer service life, resisting repeated compression and cracking.
Vibration Damping & CushioningIt maintains good elasticity to absorb vibration, reduce operating noise, buffer impact loads and ensure stable equipment operation.

High Load-bearing CapacityAdjustable hardness options. It can withstand heavy loads with small permanent deformation under long-term heavy working conditions.
Widely applied to suspension, rocker arms and tie rods of automobiles, engineering machinery, mining equipment and special vehicles as damping bushings and hinged buffer sleeves. Custom products are also available for hinging, buffering and anti-friction parts of various mechanical equipment.
Customization by drawings or samples is supported: polyurethane hardness, inner & outer diameter, height and flange size can be adjusted. Colors are optional. Mold opening and production can be arranged to meet working requirements of different equipment.

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
