Item No. AVM-022
Machine antivibration mounts are components used to reduce the vibration, noise, and shock produced by machines while they operate. They are installed between a machine and its supporting surface, such as a floor, frame, or workbench.
They are commonly used in industrial machinery, air compressors, pumps, motors, generators, and HVAC equipment.
1. The machine generates vibration
Rotating motors, moving parts, and reciprocating mechanisms create vibration.
2. The mount absorbs or isolates it
Rubber, springs, or other materials reduce how much vibration passes through.
3. Less vibration reaches the surroundings
This can reduce noise, protect equipment, and prevent excessive movement.
Reduce noise: Minimize vibration-related noise transmitted through floors and structures.
Protect machinery: Help reduce wear on bearings, fasteners, and other components.
Improve stability: Limit unwanted movement during operation.
Protect surrounding equipment: Reduce vibration transmitted to nearby machines or sensitive instruments.
Machine antivibration mounts are used in many industries to reduce vibration, noise, and shock from operating machinery. They are installed between the machine and its base, frame, or floor
1. Electric motors and pumps
Reduce vibration transmitted to machine frames.
Protect bearings and connected equipment.
Common in factories, water treatment plants, and pumping stations.
2. Air compressors
Reduce vibration and operating noise.
Help prevent movement during operation.
Used in workshops, factories, and automotive service centers.
3. Generators and engines
Isolate engine vibration from supporting structures.
Reduce vibration transmitted into buildings.
Used in commercial buildings, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
4. HVAC and refrigeration systems
Reduce vibration from compressors, chillers, and ventilation equipment.
Help prevent structure-borne noise in offices, hotels, and residential buildings.
5. Manufacturing and CNC machines
Help isolate vibration from production machinery.
Reduce vibration transmission to nearby equipment.
Used in machining, packaging, printing, and assembly lines.
6. Laboratories and precision equipment
Protect sensitive measuring instruments from external vibration.
Used with microscopes, balances, and precision inspection

Applications
Engineering services, industrial OEM, Military/Aerospace, Cooling systems, etc.
Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What materials are available for rubber bushings?
We offer natural rubber, NBR, EPDM, silicone, neoprene, and custom compounds to suit specific environmental and performance requirements.
What is the typical hardness range?
Our bushings range from 50 Shore A (soft, high-elasticity) to 90 Shore A (firm, load-bearing). We can adjust hardness to meet your application needs.
Do these bushings come with metal sleeves?
Yes. Our bushings feature bonded metal inner sleeves (and outer sleeves when required) for precise fitment and structural integrity.
Can rubber bushings withstand high temperatures?
Yes. Standard compounds perform from -40°C to +120°C. High-temperature silicone and FKM grades are available for extreme heat applications.
Are these bushings oil and chemical resistant?
NBR and specialty compounds offer excellent oil, grease, and fuel resistance. EPDM is ideal for water, brake fluid, and outdoor exposure. Please consult our team for specific chemical compatibility.
Are your bushings suitable for off-road vehicles?
A: Yes. We offer heavy-duty compounds designed to withstand the extreme conditions of off-road and agricultural applications.
What quality standards do you meet?
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management systems. Material certifications and test reports are available upon request.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Absolutely. We produce bushings to your technical drawings or samples – any size, shape, hardness, and material. OEM orders welcome.
What is the typical lifespan of a rubber bushing?
A: With proper material selection and application, our bushings provide long-term, reliable service comparable to OEM standards.
What industries do you serve?
We serve automotive, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, construction, railway, marine, and HVAC industries.
