Our in-house tooling department reduces lead times and ensures that every mold or die is engineered for long-term precision.Custom Tooling Design: We transform your 2D drawings or 3D models into high-durability steel molds, optimized for complex geometries and tight tolerances.Rapid Prototyping: Our streamlined prototyping process allows for quick-turnaround samples, accelerating your product development and testing cycles.Life-Cycle Maintenance: We provide ongoing maintenance and precision repairs for all client-owned tooling at no additional cost, ensuring consistent output for years to come. Precision Rubber Mixing & Formulation Consistency in rubber begins with the compound. We operate dedicated mixing lines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure exact material properties.Specialized Compound Development: Our chemical engineers develop custom formulations (EPDM, NBR, Silicone, Neoprene) tailored to your specific environmental requirements.High-Capacity Black Rubber Line: * Powered by a 110-liter internal dispersion mixer (200kg capacity).Integrated with an automated hoist system that feeds directly to the open mill, reducing human error and ensuring a perfectly homogeneous blend.Dedicated Color Mixing Line: * A separate 75-liter dispersion mixer and 22-inch open mill are used exclusively for colored and high-purity compounds.This isolation prevents carbon black contamination, ensuring vibrant, consistent colors (RAL/Pantone) across every batch. High-Scale Vulcanization & Production Our facility houses 46 advanced vulcanizing machines, providing the capacity to handle both high-volume orders and massive industrial components.Heavy-Duty Capacity: Our 750-ton machines allow us to manufacture large-scale rubber products up to 1m x 1.2m in size (e.g., large dock bumpers or industrial gaskets).Vacuum Vulcanization Technology: We operate 22 specialized vacuum curing presses (ranging from 250 to 300 tons). By removing air from the mold cavity before curing, we eliminate air bubbles and internal voids, resulting in a denser, stronger, and more aesthetically perfect product.Digital Process Locking: To guarantee consistency, our machines are programmed with Engineer-Locked Parameters. Once the optimal temperature, pressure, and cure time are set by our technical team, they cannot be altered by operators, ensuring that the 1st piece is identical to the 10,000th piece.
