Item No. RP-0014
Three pedals, thousands of presses a day, years of service — and only one small rubber pad between the driver's foot and control of the vehicle. That is the job our pedal pads are built for. They fit brake, accelerator, and clutch pedals on passenger cars, trucks, and heavy equipment, delivering the grip and feel that safe driving depends on.
Each pad is molded from high-grade rubber compounds and shaped to match specific pedal profiles. The result: a surface that resists wear, oil, and temperature extremes while giving drivers consistent feedback — from the first mile to the last.
Material selection to match your environment – NBR, EPDM, NR, silicone, or custom blends
Surface texture engineered for grip – ribbed, dimpled, grooved, or custom
Hardness tailored to pedal feel – 55–80 Shore A
Wear life validated by testing – abrasion and flex testing before production
Fluid and temperature resistant – -40°C to +120°C, oils and brake fluid
UV and ozone stable – suitable for long-term exposure
Multiple mounting designs – slip-on, snap-fit, direct replacement
Tight dimensional tolerances – consistent fitment batch to batch
OEM and custom production – drawings, samples, and platform-specific specs welcome
A Split-Second Advantage – When a driver's foot hits the brake in an emergency, grip is everything. The textured surface keeps contact secure, so reaction time isn't lost to a slipping shoe.
Wear That Doesn't Show – The pad keeps its pattern and feel long after cheaper rubber would have gone smooth and shiny, so pedal response stays consistent year after year.
Predictable Underfoot – Hardness is tuned so the driver feels exactly where the pedal is and how much pressure is being applied — no guessing, no sponginess.
Comfort on Long Hauls – The surface geometry spreads pressure across the foot, reducing fatigue on long drives and in heavy stop-and-go traffic.
Passenger cars & SUVs – daily driving safety and comfort
Commercial trucks & buses – high-mileage durability
Construction & agricultural machinery – excavators, tractors, loaders
Industrial vehicles – forklifts, warehouse equipment
Off-road & recreational vehicles – ATVs, UTVs, golf carts

Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
How do I know which pedal pad fits my vehicle?
Fit depends on the pedal arm design, not just the vehicle model. Send us your pedal dimensions, a photo, or a sample, and we'll match or tool the correct profile.
What's the difference between slip-on and snap-fit designs?
Slip-on pads stretch over the pedal arm and rely on tension. Snap-fit pads lock into a molded lip or groove on the pedal. Both are tool-free; the right choice depends on your pedal geometry.
Will the pad feel different from my original?
Only if you want it to. Hardness can be matched to OEM feel, or adjusted firmer for performance driving or softer for comfort.
Do textured pads actually make a difference in wet weather?
Yes. Grooved and dimpled patterns channel water and oil away from the contact surface, maintaining grip where smooth rubber would hydroplane.
How do I clean the pads without damaging them?
Warm water and mild soap are enough. Avoid solvent-based cleaners, which can dry out or soften the rubber over time.
Can you match a specific color for my brand or interior?
Yes. Custom colors are available, subject to minimum order quantities for the compound run.
What happens if the pad doesn't fit after production?
We verify fit against your drawing or sample before full production. If a dimensional issue occurs on our side, we remake it at no cost.
Do you offer different textures for the same pad size?
Yes. The same base profile can be molded with ribbed, dimpled, grooved, or custom textures depending on your grip and aesthetic requirements.
How do I install a direct replacement pad?
Direct replacements are designed to mount exactly like the original — typically press-fit or snap-on. No adhesives or modification required.
Are these pads suitable for both left-hand and right-hand drive vehicles?
Yes. Pedal pads are not handed unless the pedal arm itself is asymmetric. We produce both configurations on request.
What's the smallest order you accept for custom pads?
It depends on whether tooling is required. For existing profiles, small batches are possible. For new profiles, MOQ is set by tooling cost — contact us for details.
Do you provide material certificates for OEM programs?
Yes. Material certificates, dimensional reports, and batch traceability documents are available for OEM and quality-critical orders.
How do I know the rubber won't harden in cold weather?
Compound selection matters. For cold-climate applications, we recommend silicone or specially formulated NBR blends that stay flexible well below -40°C.
Can the pads be produced with a logo or marking?
Yes. Molded-in logos, size markings, or part numbers can be added during production, subject to tooling requirements.
What's the difference between your standard and heavy-duty pads?
Heavy-duty pads use higher-density compounds and deeper textures for construction, agricultural, and industrial vehicles where pedal wear is accelerated.
