Polyurethane stainless steel damping bolts are high-performance industrial fasteners for precision fastening, vibration control and surface protection. Built around a 304 or higher-grade stainless steel core with a high-density polyurethane coating, they deliver reliable shock absorption, vibration isolation and noise reduction. They prevent scratching and cracking on delicate workpieces under impact and fastening loads.
The soft, elastic PU layer absorbs impact energy and suppresses vibration and resonant noise. It protects fragile contact surfaces from indentation, scratches and cracks during clamping and repeated mechanical movement.
Choose external or internal thread styles to fit different working conditions and installation layouts, suitable for most mechanical limiting, anti-collision and vibration-damping applications.
The rigid stainless steel core bonds tightly with the PU outer layer. It balances mechanical strength and elastic cushioning, resisting peeling under continuous high-frequency vibration for a longer service life.
The stainless steel core provides rigid fastening strength, while the PU coating acts as an elastic buffer.
