This reinforced silicone elbow hose is constructed with multi-ply polyester reinforcement, delivering excellent tensile strength and bursting resistance. It features high temperature and high pressure resistance, suitable for turbo intercooler, air intake and radiator systems of automobiles, trucks and engineering machinery. Made of premium silicone material, it boasts great flexibility, anti-aging and ozone-resistant performance. Smooth inner wall reduces airflow resistance. Available in multiple sizes, widely used for vehicle modification and original equipment replacement. Custom sizes and colors are acceptable.

What reinforcement material do you use? How many plies?
We adopt high-strength polyester fabric as the reinforcement layer. Common options are 3-ply and 4-ply. Aramid fiber reinforcement is available upon custom request for higher burst pressure.

Is this hose oil resistant?
It has limited oil resistance. It is recommended for air, coolant and hot gas transfer. For heavy oil contact applications, please inform us for special formula silicone.
How to install the silicone elbow hose properly?
Clean the pipe nipple before assembly. Use proper hose clamps and fasten evenly. Avoid sharp edges scratching the hose surface during installation.
Can it be used for racing vehicles?
Absolutely. It is a common upgrade part for performance racing cars, thanks to stable high-temperature performance and low airflow resistance.
