Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
Standard Rolls: Goods are typically supplied in 50m or 100m continuous rolls, precision-coiled to maintain the profile’s structural shape.
What is silicone edge trim with metal insert?
It is a U-shaped co-extruded silicone profile with embedded spring steel insert. The metal core offers strong clamping force, and the outer silicone layer provides heat resistance, weather protection and sealing. It is push-fit, no adhesive needed.
What is the standard hardness of this silicone edge trim?
Standard hardness is 60 Shore A. Custom hardness from 40 Shore A to 70 Shore A is available on request.
What temperature range can this silicone trim withstand?
Normally it works from -60°C to 200°C. It can keep stable performance under continuous high temperature.
Can you make custom sizes, colors or profiles?
Yes. We support custom width, thickness, color and extrusion profile based on your drawings or samples.
Does it need glue for installation?
No. The built-in metal insert creates clamping force. Just push it onto panel edges directly.
What materials can this trim fit on?

Yes. Food grade and PFAS-free silicone material options are available for special requirements.
Will the silicone separate from the metal insert easily?
