Co-extrusion rubber profiles are high-performance extruded rubber components manufactured through a sophisticated co-extrusion process, which combines two or more different rubber or rubber-plastic materials into a single integrated profile in one continuous extrusion step. By fusing materials with distinct physical and chemical properties—such as EPDM, silicone, NR, NBR, TPE, or thermoplastic materials—these profiles deliver customized sealing, cushioning, insulating, and structural functions for diverse industrial applications. Co-extrusion rubber profiles are widely used in automotive weatherstripping, architectural door and window gaskets, electrical enclosures, HVAC systems, home appliances, rail transit, marine equipment and industrial machinery.
