Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What temperature range can this silicone gasket withstand?
Normally, our standard silicone gasket works steadily from -60°C to 250°C. Special formula silicone can support higher temperature upon request.

Is this silicone gasket food grade / FDA compliant?
The standard red silicone gasket is industrial grade. Food-grade FDA compliant material is available if you need it for food ovens, sterilization and food processing equipment. Relevant certificates can be supplied.
Are the mounting holes pre-drilled?
Yes. As shown in the picture, the gaskets come with pre-punched bolt holes for easy alignment and installation. We can also adjust hole positions or cancel holes as your requirement.
What's the delivery time for silicone gasket?
For new custom molding items, it usually takes 20 days for mold making and production.
Is silicone gasket resistant to oil and chemicals?
Regular silicone has good resistance to water, air, ozone and aging, but it is NOT suitable for long-term contact with mineral oil, hydrocarbon solvents. If you need oil resistance, we can recommend fluorosilicone or FKM gaskets.
Can silicone gaskets be reused?
Silicone has excellent compression recovery. It can be reused if it is not over-compressed, burnt, torn or chemically damaged. For high-pressure or critical sealing scenes, replacement is recommended after disassembly.
