Constructed via advanced triple-composite co-extrusion technology with high-performance silicone rubber, this silicone pinchweld seal acts as a heavy-duty edge sealing extrusion for automotive doors, windows and cargo hatches. It delivers outstanding resistance to water penetration, dust intrusion, ozone degradation, UV radiation and extreme high/low temperature fluctuations.
Its integrated push-fit U-shaped clamping base allows fast, secure assembly and long-lasting gripping strength. The co-extruded soft silicone foam bubble layer provides uniform, stable compression sealing performance and greatly prolonged service life.
The profile is bundled packaging for convenient transport and on-site installation. The precision-molded hollow and solid composite cross-section balances soft compressibility and structural support: the flexible hollow cavity provides tight compression sealing to block water, dust, air and noise, while the reinforced solid silicone ribs enhance tensile strength and abrasion resistance for extended service life.
This triple-layer co-extruded silicone profile outperforms conventional single-layer extruded seals in multi-scenario sealing demands. Customization options are fully available: clients can adjust silicone hardness (Shore A 30–80), cross-section dimensions, color shades, and composite layer formulas to match unique application requirements, including automotive door/ window pinchweld seals, machinery cabinet gaskets, and architectural glazing weatherstrips.

Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
Standard Rolls: Goods are typically supplied in 50m or 100m continuous rolls, precision-coiled to maintain the profile’s structural shape.

The price is based on FOB, CFR or CIF terms according to Incoterms 2000.
Delivery time
There is no guarantee for the delivery time. The guarantee is only for lead time.
Valid time
The valid time of molding or extrusion profile is 60 days unless there is big changes of raw compound and exchange rate.
Do you have a standard part?
We do not have a standard parts. All of our products are custom made to customer specifications, we may apply for the authorization from customer for the parts same to what you are looking for.
Will I need to invest tooling to produce my product?
If we do not have an existing tooling to meet your requirements, you will have to buy one.
Will you use the tooling for other customers?
No, you will have the 100% rights of the tooling. Please refer to our privacy policy and non disclosure agreement.
