Item No. REH-011
Heat, pressure, vibration, chemical exposure — cooling systems and fluid lines punish hoses relentlessly. Ordinary rubber hardens, cracks, and fails. Our reinforced silicone hoses are engineered to do the opposite: stay flexible at -60°C, hold their shape at +260°C, and keep fluids moving without leaking, kinking, or degrading.
The construction is what makes the difference. Premium silicone rubber forms the tube, while multi-ply polyester or aramid/Kevlar fabric delivers the pressure resistance and structural stability. The result is a hose that outlasts standard rubber many times over — trusted in automotive, motorsport, marine, industrial, food processing, and laboratory systems worldwide.
Premium silicone rubber tube – high purity, excellent flexibility
Multi-ply reinforcement – polyester or aramid/Kevlar fabric layers
Extreme temperature range – reliable from -60°C to +260°C
High burst & pressure resistance – reinforced construction for demanding systems
Excellent aging resistance – resists oxidation, ozone, and UV
Smooth internal bore – efficient flow, low pressure drop, easy cleaning
Chemical & corrosion resistant – stable with coolants, water, and mild chemicals
Food-grade options – FDA-compliant grades for sanitary applications
Wide color range – blue, red, black, green, orange, yellow, custom
Custom-built – diameter, wall thickness, ply count, color, and length to order
Handles the Heat – Performs from -60°C to +260°C without hardening, cracking, or losing flexibility — far beyond standard rubber hose limits.
Built to Take Pressure – Multi-ply polyester or aramid/Kevlar reinforcement delivers high burst strength and structural stability under cyclic loading.
Resists Aging, Not Just Heat – Silicone shrugs off oxidation, ozone, UV, and weathering, so performance doesn't fade over time.
Keeps Flow Smooth – The smooth internal bore minimizes pressure drop and prevents particulate buildup, making cleaning easier and flow more consistent.
Works with Common Fluids – Stable with coolants, water, oils, and mild chemicals. Food-grade grades available for sanitary lines.
Automotive & motorsport – coolant systems, turbocharger connections, heater hoses, intake systems
Industrial manufacturing – fluid transfer, pneumatic systems, equipment cooling lines
Marine & offshore – engine cooling, bilge pump lines, exhaust system seals
Food & beverage processing – sanitary fluid transfer, FDA-compliant tubing
Pharmaceutical & laboratory – sterile fluid handling, chemical-resistant tubing
Aerospace & defense – high-temperature fluid systems, environmental control

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What temperature range can these hoses handle?
-60°C to +260°C, suitable for both extreme heat and cold.
What reinforcement options are available?
Multi-ply polyester for standard use, aramid/Kevlar for high-pressure and high-performance applications.
Are they suitable for automotive coolant systems?
Yes — widely used in coolant, heater, intake, and turbocharger systems.
What is the maximum pressure rating?
Depends on diameter, wall thickness, and ply count. Contact us with your requirements.
Are food-grade hoses available?
Yes. FDA-compliant grades for food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical use.
Can they handle oils and fuels?
Silicone resists water, coolants, and many chemicals, but is not recommended for prolonged petroleum-based oil or fuel exposure.
What colors are available?
Blue, red, black, green, orange, yellow, and custom colors.
Can you make custom diameters and lengths?
Yes — to your drawings or specifications, any size and reinforcement level.
How long do they last?
With proper application, many years of reliable service — far longer than standard rubber hoses.
Are they UV and ozone resistant?
Yes, making them suitable for outdoor and exposed installations.
