Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
Standard Rolls: Goods are typically supplied in 50m or 100m continuous rolls, precision-coiled to maintain the profile’s structural shape.
Can talcum powder be applied to the surface of the silicone profiles?
Yes, absolutely. Applying talcum powder (or silicone anti-tack coating) to the surface reduces surface friction and eliminates stickiness. This makes sliding or slotting the profile onto long panels much easier during installation, while also preventing dust
What temperature range can these silicone profiles withstand?
Our standard silicone U-channel profiles operate continuously between -60°C to +200°C (-76°F to +392°F). We also supply specialized high-temperature grades that can withstand thermal spikes up to +300°C (+572°F).
Can you manufacture custom size strip?
Yes! Beyond our extensive range of standard sizes, we offer a bespoke extrusion service. We can produce custom dimensions, wall thicknesses, shore hardnesses, and colors tailored to your specific application, subject to tooling charges and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs).
Are these profiles chemical and food safe?
Yes. Silicone is chemically inert and highly stable against many weak acids, bases, and compounds. We can also manufacture profiles using FDA-compliant or Metal-Detectable silicone grades, making them safe for food processing, beverage, and pharmaceutical machinery.
