Item No. RB-011
Rubber bellows are used as expansion joints for moving parts, providing flexible alignment and absorbing noise and vibration. Furthermore, they protect equipment and components from contaminants common in manufacturing and industrial environments, including dust, moisture, oil, chemicals, and ultraviolet radiation.
The corrugated structure design accommodates movement, provides sealing, and isolates external factors within various industrial and mechanical systems. The unique pleated design of the rubber bellow boot enables seamless expansion, compression, bending, and twisting whilst maintaining structural integrity. Consequently, it has become an indispensable component in applications requiring flexibility and protective functionality.

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What materials are available for rubber bellows?
We offer EPDM, Silicone, FKM (Viton®), NBR, CR (Neoprene), and NR (Natural Rubber) to suit different temperature, chemical, and environmental requirements.
What is the typical hardness range?
Our bellows range from 30 to 80 Shore A. Lower hardness offers greater flexibility; higher hardness provides better structural rigidity.
What colors are available?
Standard color is black. OEM colors are available upon request to match your equipment or branding requirements.
Can you produce custom sizes?
Yes. We manufacture bellows to OEM sizes according to customer requirements – any diameter, length, corrugation profile, and wall thickness.
What movements can rubber bellows accommodate?
The corrugated design allows expansion, compression, bending, and twisting while maintaining structural integrity and sealing performance.
What temperature range can rubber bellows withstand?
Depending on material: EPDM (-50°C to +150°C), Silicone (-60°C to +230°C), FKM (-20°C to +230°C), NBR (-30°C to +110°C), CR (-35°C to +100°C), NR (-40°C to +80°C).
Are rubber bellows suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. EPDM, Silicone, and CR offer excellent UV, ozone, and weather resistance for outdoor applications.
What contaminants do rubber bellows protect against?
They protect against dust, moisture, oil, chemicals, and ultraviolet radiation, as well as other environmental contaminants common in industrial environments.
Do you offer custom corrugation profiles?
Absolutely. We manufacture bellows with custom corrugation patterns, wall thicknesses, and dimensions to meet your specific application requirements.
