Item No. AVM-020
Our anti-vibration mounts are designed for reliable performance across industrial and precision applications. They effectively reduce mechanical stress, minimize structural fatigue, and extend the service life of machinery, engines, fans, pumps, compressors, and precision instruments.
By improving operational stability and lowering noise emissions, our anti-vibration mounts support safer, quieter, and more efficient working environments. Whether used in heavy industrial equipment or sensitive measuring instruments, they deliver consistent vibration isolation where it matters most.
Premium rubber compounds – natural rubber, NBR, EPDM, silicone, and custom blends
Excellent vibration isolation – effectively absorbs and dampens mechanical energy
Noise reduction – lowers structure-borne noise emissions
High load capacity – suitable for light to heavy machinery
Superior fatigue resistance – withstands continuous cyclic loading
Bonded metal inserts – ensures secure mounting and dimensional stability
Wide hardness range – 40 to 80 Shore A to suit different load requirements
Weather & chemical resistant – grade-dependent resistance to oil, heat, ozone, and moisture
Multiple mounting styles – stud, bolt-through, plate, and custom configurations
Fully customizable – size, shape, hardness, material, and mounting options
Superior Vibration Isolation – Effectively absorbs and dampens mechanical vibrations, preventing their transmission to surrounding structures and protecting sensitive components.
Extended Equipment Lifespan – Reduces mechanical stress and structural fatigue, minimizing wear on bearings, seals, and other critical components while extending service intervals.
Significant Noise Reduction – Lowers structure-borne noise emissions, creating quieter, more comfortable working environments and meeting workplace noise regulations.
Improved Operational Stability – Maintains consistent performance of machinery and precision instruments by minimizing vibration-induced errors and misalignment.

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What materials are available for anti-vibration mounts?
We offer natural rubber, NBR, EPDM, silicone, neoprene, and custom compounds to suit specific environmental and performance requirements.
What is the typical hardness range?
Our mounts range from 40 Shore A (soft, high-isolation) to 80 Shore A (firm, high-load). We can adjust hardness to meet your application needs.
What mounting styles are available?
We offer stud mounts, bolt-through mounts, plate mounts, flange mounts, and custom configurations to suit different equipment and installation requirements.
Can these mounts withstand high temperatures?
Yes. Standard compounds perform from -40°C to +120°C. High-temperature silicone and FKM grades are available for extreme heat applications.
Are these mounts suitable for marine environments?
Yes. We offer marine-grade compounds with excellent saltwater, UV, and ozone resistance for marine engines and deck equipment.
How do I choose the right mount for my equipment?
Selection depends on equipment weight, vibration frequency, mounting configuration, and environmental conditions. Contact our team for technical recommendations.
Are these mounts oil and chemical resistant?
NBR and specialty compounds offer excellent oil, grease, and fuel resistance. EPDM is ideal for water, weather, and outdoor exposure. Please consult our team for specific chemical compatibility.
What quality standards do you meet?
All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management systems. Material certifications and test reports are available upon request.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Absolutely. We produce mounts to your technical drawings or samples – any size, shape, hardness, and material. OEM orders welcome.
