Item No. REH-007
Our professional-grade silicone hose is a high-performance flexible tubing manufactured from premium high-grade silicone rubber, reinforced with multi-ply polyester or aramid/Kevlar fabric layers for superior structural stability and pressure resistance. Engineered to withstand extreme working temperatures and harsh operating environments, our reinforced silicone hoses deliver long-lasting durability and reliable performance for automotive, motorsport, industrial, marine, food processing and laboratory applications. Unlike standard rubber hoses, our silicone tubing features excellent aging resistance, extreme temperature tolerance and stable fluid transfer capabilities, making it a top choice for critical industrial and vehicle system piping solutions.
We strictly optimize every product parameter to ensure consistent, reliable performance in diverse working conditions. Below are the definitive technical attributes of our premium silicone hoses:
Temperature Resistance Range: Standard models support continuous operation from -50°C to 200°C. Custom high-temperature upgraded versions can withstand peak temperatures of 250°C to 300°C, adapting to ultra-high temperature working scenarios such as turbo systems and high-power industrial equipment.
Reinforcement Structure: Multi-ply high-strength fabric reinforcement (polyester or Kevlar optional) greatly enhances burst pressure and working pressure limits. The integrated bonding process prevents layer separation, ensuring stable pressure resistance under long-term high-load operation.
Chemical & Aging Resistance: Excellent resistance to cooling water, engine coolant, ozone corrosion and UV radiation aging. It maintains stable physical properties in outdoor and high-temperature environments, effectively extending service life. Standard silicone hose grades are not suitable for continuous fuel and oil immersion scenarios.
Vapor Permeability: Features higher water vapor permeability than traditional EPDM rubber hoses, meeting special ventilation and fluid transfer requirements of precision equipment systems.
Material Safety: Platinum-cured transparent silicone hose options are non-toxic, sterile and pollution-free, complying with food-grade and laboratory sanitary standards.
Flexibility & Durability: Inherent flexible silicone rubber material ensures easy bending and installation, no cracking under frequent bending, with outstanding tensile and wear resistance.
Thanks to its extreme temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and safe sanitary properties, our silicone hoses are widely used in multiple industries and professional scenarios:
Specially designed for vehicle cooling and air intake systems, including radiator coolant lines, intercooler piping, turbo boost piping, engine vacuum lines and other core components. It adapts to high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions of racing and commercial vehicles, effectively improving system stability.
Serves as professional fluid transfer piping for heavy-duty generators, power equipment, industrial pumps and marine cooling systems. Resists marine humid environments, ozone corrosion and long-term continuous operation wear, suitable for harsh industrial working conditions.
Platinum-cured food-grade silicone hoses are adopted for sterile food transmission, beverage processing and laboratory precision fluid delivery. The non-toxic and sterile material ensures no contamination of transmission media, meeting strict sanitary and experimental standards.

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
1. What temperature can your silicone hose withstand?
Our standard reinforced silicone hose operates continuously from -50°C to 200°C. Custom high-temperature silicone hose models can reach a maximum temperature resistance of 250°C to 300°C, suitable for ultra-high temperature industrial and turbo system applications.
2. Is the silicone hose suitable for oil and fuel transfer?
Standard grade silicone hoses have poor tolerance for long-term fuel and oil immersion and are not recommended for continuous oil/fuel transfer. We can provide customized oil-resistant modified silicone hoses for special oil delivery scenarios upon request.
3. What reinforcement materials are available for selection?
We provide two mainstream reinforcement materials: conventional polyester fabric for general industrial and automotive use, and high-strength Kevlar fabric for high-pressure, high-load professional scenarios such as motorsport and heavy industrial equipment.
4. Is your transparent silicone hose food-grade safe?
Yes. Our transparent silicone hoses adopt platinum curing technology, which is non-toxic, odorless, sterile and pollution-free. They fully comply with food processing and laboratory sanitary standards and can be safely used for food and sterile fluid transmission.
5. How to choose the right silicone hose size and specification?
Please confirm your actual application scenario (automotive turbo/coolant, industrial equipment, food processing, etc.), required inner diameter and total length. Our professional technical team will recommend the most matching temperature resistance, pressure resistance and structural specifications for you, and provide professional installation guidance.
6. What is the difference between silicone hose and EPDM rubber hose?
Silicone hoses have far better extreme temperature resistance, UV and ozone aging resistance than EPDM hoses, and higher water vapor permeability. EPDM hoses have lower cost but cannot withstand ultra-high temperatures, making silicone hoses more suitable for high-end and harsh working condition scenarios.
