Item No. AVM-0016
Rubber vibration dampers – including rubber isolators, spring mounts, and mounting pads – are engineered to reduce structural noise and vibration transfer in machinery and equipment. By absorbing, dissipating, and isolating mechanical energy, these mounts protect industrial equipment, HVAC systems, and medical devices, improving operational reliability and extending service life.
Multiple product types – rubber isolators, spring mounts, mounting pads, and custom designs
High-quality rubber compounds – natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, silicone, and nitrile (NBR)
Excellent vibration isolation – absorbs mechanical energy across a wide frequency range
Noise reduction – minimizes structure-borne sound transmission
Load capacity range – suitable for light to heavy machinery applications
Weather & chemical resistant – grades available for indoor, outdoor, and harsh environments
Superior Vibration Isolation – Effectively reduces vibration transmission to floors, structures, and surrounding equipment, protecting sensitive components.
Significant Noise Reduction – Dampens structure-borne noise, creating quieter and more comfortable working environments.
Enhanced Equipment Protection – Prevents premature wear and damage caused by continuous vibration, extending machinery lifespan and reducing downtime.
Improved Operational Stability – Ensures consistent performance of precision equipment by minimizing vibration-induced errors.
Industrial machinery – compressors, generators, pumps, motors, and machine tools
HVAC systems – air handling units, chillers, fans, and rooftop equipment
Medical devices – diagnostic equipment, imaging machines, and laboratory instruments
Automotive & transportation – engine mounts, cab isolators, and suspension components

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What types of vibration dampers do you offer?
We offer rubber isolators, spring mounts, mounting pads, and custom-engineered solutions to suit different load ranges and vibration frequencies.
How do I choose the right damper for my equipment?
Selection depends on equipment weight, vibration frequency, mounting configuration, and environmental conditions. Contact our team for technical recommendations.
What materials are available?
We offer natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, silicone, NBR, and other compounds based on your application requirements.
Can these dampers be used outdoors?
Yes. EPDM and silicone grades offer excellent UV, ozone, and weather resistance for outdoor applications.
What is the typical temperature range?
Depending on material, from -40°C to +200°C. High-temperature silicone and FKM grades are available.
Do you offer custom sizes and load ratings?
Absolutely. We produce dampers to your drawings or samples – any size, shape, hardness, and load capacity.
What industries do you serve?
We serve industrial manufacturing, HVAC, medical, automotive, aerospace, marine, and electronics industries.
