To ensure stable product performance, reliable quality and consistent batch uniformity, our company has established a standardized, full-process raw material quality control and inventory management system for all rubber parts production. We implement strict inspection and scientific inventory management starting from the raw material warehousing link, eliminating quality risks from the source and providing high-quality, durable, and standard-compliant rubber molded and extruded products for global customers.
All rubber raw materials adopted for production will undergo comprehensive incoming preliminary inspection before warehousing. Our quality inspection team strictly verifies key information including raw material name, material grade, manufacturer qualification, and official quality test reports. Only raw materials that fully meet industry standards and our factory’s strict quality specifications are allowed to enter the warehouse and put into production, effectively preventing unqualified raw materials from flowing into the production chain.
In terms of inventory and material use management, we have set up independent raw material inventory cards for each batch of rubber materials. The cards accurately record detailed information such as material warehousing time, quantity, outbound time, usage volume and receiving personnel, realizing full-cycle traceability of raw materials. Meanwhile, we strictly implement the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle for raw material picking and usage. This standardized management method avoids material aging, performance attenuation and waste caused by long-term storage, ensures that all raw materials used in production maintain optimal physical and chemical properties, and further stabilizes the dimensional accuracy, wear resistance, high temperature resistance and sealing performance of finished rubber molded parts.
