Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
Standard Rolls: Goods are typically supplied in 50m or 100m continuous rolls, precision-coiled to maintain the profile’s structural shape.
Do I need glue to install the U-shape edge trim?
No glue or adhesive is needed. Equipped with a built-in metal insert, this edge trim features strong clamping force and can be firmly snapped onto metal edges directly by hand. Installation is fast and tool-free.
How do I choose the right size?
Please confirm the thickness of your metal sheet first. The inner groove size of the U-trim must match your plate thickness. We provide multiple sizes to fit 0.5mm to 3mm sheet metal.
What colors are available?
Standard colors include black, yellow, red, blue, green, orange and beige. Custom colors are available according to your MOQ.
Is this edge trim durable for long-term use?
Yes. Made of high-flexibility PVC material, it features excellent wear resistance, anti-aging and shock absorption performance, ensuring long service life for indoor and general outdoor environments.
Will the trim fall off after installation?
It will not fall off if the size is properly matched. The internal metal skeleton provides stable clamping force to hold tightly on sheet edges.
Can it be used for outdoor exposure?
The standard PVC trim works for general outdoor conditions. For long-term UV exposure and harsh weather environments, rubber edge trim is recommended for better weather resistance.
