This core product adopts a composite structure with built-in metal steel strip inside the rubber body. The embedded metal skeleton greatly enhances the ring’s structural rigidity and shape retention ability. Compared with ordinary pure rubber sealing gaskets, it effectively avoids deformation, twisting and displacement during pipe assembly and long-term underground use, significantly improving the sealing stability of pipeline joints and greatly reducing the risk of sewage leakage, pipeline seepage and soil pollution.
In terms of material formula, the base rubber of the sealing ring is strictly controlled at a hardness of 55±5 Shore A. This moderate hardness balances excellent compression resilience and wear resistance: it can fully fit the gap between pipe interfaces under pressing force, maintain lasting sealing pressure for a long time, and resist aging, corrosion from sewage medium and underground humid environment, extending the overall service life of the pipeline system.
To adapt to diverse construction requirements on site, we support full range of customizable size options.
