Available in multiple rubber materials, sizes, hardness and colors, they feature high resilience, excellent wear‑resistance, anti‑aging performance and low permanent deformation under repeated compression and impact. Smooth burr‑free surface and tight dimensional tolerance guarantee stable working performance for industrial equipment.

Standard: Goods are typically supplied in about 20-25kg/carton.
Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
What materials are your rubber balls made of?
We mainly produce natural rubber, NR, NBR nitrile rubber, silicone rubber balls. Different materials offer different performance in elasticity, oil resistance and aging resistance. Material can be customized according to your working conditions.
Can you customize the size, hardness and color of rubber balls?
Yes. We support custom outer diameter, Shore hardness, color. You can provide drawings or detailed parameters for us to develop samples.
What is the hardness range available for rubber balls?
Regular hardness ranges from 30 Shore A to 80 Shore A. Hardness can be adjusted to meet demands of screening, shock absorption and buffering.
Are your rubber balls resistant to high temperature?
Conventional natural rubber balls work within -20℃ ~ 80℃. For higher temperature environment, silicone rubber balls are recommended. Please inform us of your working temperature in advance.
How long is the service life of rubber bouncing balls for vibrating screens?
The service life depends on working frequency, temperature and materials. High-quality rubber compound effectively reduces wear and cracking to extend service cycle.
Can I get free samples?
We can provide small quantity samples. Customers need to bear the freight cost. Sample charge can be refunded when you place formal bulk orders.
What is your MOQ?
Stock standard sizes support small orders. Customized sizes require certain minimum order quantity, please contact us for details.
Are rubber balls resistant to oil and chemicals?
Standard NR rubber balls have limited oil resistance. If used in oil environment, we suggest choosing NBR material.
