Our self-adhesive D-shape EPDM foam rubber weather seal strip is an all-in-one sealing solution engineered for long-lasting gap insulation. Constructed with a hollow, soft-cell EPDM foam body, this D-profile rubber strip delivers excellent compression recovery to fit uneven mounting surfaces perfectly. The high-strength red peel-and-stick adhesive backing (3M VHB tape optional) provides firm, permanent bonding to metal, plastic, wood, painted surfaces, and composite substrates, eliminating the need for extra fasteners.

Standardized Pallets: Goods are stacked on heat-treated (ISPM 15) or plastic pallets, optimized for forklift handling. Rigid Corner Protectors: High-impact cardboard corner guards are applied to the full height of the stack. This prevents the straps from cutting into the rubber and maintains the vertical integrity of the pallet.
Standard Rolls: Goods are typically supplied in 50m or 100m continuous rolls, precision-coiled to maintain the profile’s structural shape.
What material is the seal strip made of?
It is made of soft-cell EPDM foam, known for excellent weather resistance, UV stability, and compression recovery.
How strong is the adhesive backing?
The red peel-and-stick tape provides strong, permanent bonding to most surfaces. For extreme conditions, we offer 3M VHB tape as an optional upgrade.
Can this seal strip be used outdoors?
Yes. EPDM offers outstanding UV, ozone, and weather resistance, making it ideal for outdoor applications.
What surfaces does the adhesive bond to?

How is the seal strip installed?
Clean the surface, measure the required length, cut the strip, peel off the red liner, and press firmly into place – no tools or extra fasteners needed.
