We are pleased to announce our latest investment in new production equipment to further enhance manufacturing capacity and product quality.
We have added a new 750-ton flat vulcanizing machine, which supports a maximum product size of 1m × 1.2m, specially used for producing large-sized moulded rubber mats.
In addition, we have invested in a new 110L dispersion mixer with a maximum mixing capacity of approximately 200kg per batch. It features high efficiency, excellent mixing quality, and is equipped with an automatic hoist.Rubber materials can be automatically transported from the hopper to the open mixer via the hoist, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.
These upgrades further strengthen our production capabilities and ensure we continue to provide customers with stable, high-quality rubber products.
