A Batch of Coiled Rubber Fenders Loaded and Shipped for Port Anti-collision Project

As shown in the on-site photo, finished fenders are neatly coiled and wrapped with stretch film for dustproof and moisture-proof protection. All goods are stacked on wooden pallets with dedicated identification labels attached on each coil, complying with international packaging standards for convenient logistics tracking and incoming inspection.

Manufactured from premium vulcanized rubber, these coiled fenders feature outstanding shock resistance, seawater corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Widely installed on dock berths, ship sides and bridge piers, they effectively absorb berthing impact force to safeguard port infrastructures and vessels.

To guarantee on-time delivery, the production team strictly followed the production schedule and controlled the whole manufacturing process including raw material blending and vulcanization. QC inspectors carried out sampling tests on dimension, hardness and anti-collision performance to make sure all specifications meet customer technical requirements. The logistics team adopted palletized loading to boost loading efficiency and prevent product damage during transit.
