Self adhesive rubber profiles offer a convenient, cost-effective solution for sealing, cushioning, and protecting various surfaces without the need for additional adhesives or fasteners. These profiles are made from high-quality rubber materials, providing excellent durability, flexibility, and resistance to environmental factors like moisture, UV, and temperature extremes. The adhesive backing ensures quick and secure installation on doors, windows, machinery, and automotive applications, creating tight seals that prevent dust, water, and air leaks. Ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential uses, our self adhesive rubber profiles are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and custom configurations to meet your specific sealing and protection needs.
Sealing: Waterproof, dustproof, airtight (window/door weatherstripping, cabinet gaskets, automotive door/trunk seals).
Protection: Guard sharp edges (metal sheet, glass, furniture) to prevent cuts; cushion against impact/wear (appliance bumpers, machinery edge protection).
Vibration & Noise Reduction: Dampen vibration (machinery mounts, HVAC equipment) and reduce wind/contact noise (door/window seals).
Insulation: Thermal insulation (window/door gaps) and electrical insulation (silicone strips for electronic components).
Key Installation Tip
For maximum adhesion and durability, clean and degrease the bonding surface (with alcohol or a degreaser) and ensure it’s dry before application; avoid installation in extreme cold (<5°C) or humid environments (the adhesive cures best at 15–30°C). For heavy-duty applications, apply pressure for 1–2 minutes and let it cure for 24 hours before full use.
Difference from Standard Rubber Strips
The only core difference is the pre-applied adhesive liner — standard rubber strips require additional bonding agents (glue, double-sided tape) or mechanical fastening, while self-adhesive versions offer a one-step, instant bonding solution for fast installation and low labor costs.
