Key Installation Tip
To maximize the adhesion performance and service life of our self-adhesive silicone strips, a crucial step is to thoroughly clean and degrease the bonding surface with alcohol or a professional degreaser, and ensure the surface is completely dry before installation. It is particularly important to avoid installation in extreme cold environments (below 5°C) or humid conditions, as the adhesive’s curing effect is optimal at 15–30°C, which directly determines the long-term stability of the bond. For heavy-duty application scenarios that require higher bonding strength, apply uniform pressure to the strip for 1–2 minutes after installation, and allow it to fully cure for 24 hours to ensure maximum adhesion before putting it into full use.
Difference from Standard Rubber Strips

Do you have a standard part?
We do not have a standard parts. All of our products are custom made to customer specifications, we may apply for the authorization from customer for the parts same to what you are looking for.
Will I need to invest tooling to produce my product?
If we do not have an existing tooling to meet your requirements, you will have to buy one.
Will you use the tooling for other customers?
No, you will have the 100% rights of the tooling. Please refer to our privacy policy and non disclosure agreement.
