Colored Rubber Mixing Production Line
Our company has officially put into use a professional colored rubber mixing production line, which adopts a two-machine integrated and highly automated design and is used for producing high-performance colored rubber products.
This production line is specially configured for colored rubber mixing. It consists of a 75-liter dispersion mixer and a 22-inch open mixer, equipped with a material lifting device and an automatic flipping and casting device.
The whole line features a high degree of automation and smooth process operation. It effectively saves labor and improves rubber mixing efficiency. With uniform mixing and stable color difference control, it is tailor-made for colored rubber formula mixing.
At present, the daily rubber mixing capacity reaches 12 tons. Through process optimization and capacity expansion, the production capacity is planned to be doubled in the future, fully meeting the continuous supply demand for mass-produced and high-quality colored rubber products.
