Mixing Capabilities

Custom rubber mixing and formulating including compound development, internal mixing and open mill mixing of black or colored compounds.

Black Rubber Mixing

Our 110-liter dispersion mixer is designed for high-performance mixing, with a maximum capacity of approximately 200 kg. This equipment delivers exceptional mixing results and is ideal for large-scale production. Equipped with a hoist, the system allows rubber from the hopper to be automatically transported to the open mixer, streamlining the process, improving efficiency, and significantly reducing labor intensity.

Color rubber mixing

Our coloured rubber mixing line features a 75-liter dispersion mixer paired with a 22-inch open mixer, offering exceptional performance and efficiency. This advanced setup is equipped with a lifting machine, ensuring seamless material transfer and enhanced workflow. Ideal for producing vibrant and consistent colored rubber, this mixing line streamlines the process, improves productivity, and reduces labor demands.

Production Machines

We house 46 vulcanizing machines, including: 750-ton machines capable of producing products up to 1m x 1.2m in size. 20 vacuum vulcanizing machines (300 tons) 2 vacuum vulcanizing machines (250 tons) 14 vulcanizing press plate machines (200 tons) Additional machines ranging from 100 tons to 150 tons. The vacuum curing machines minimize air bubbles during production. All production machines are locked to ensure they adhere to engineer-set parameters, ensuring consistent product quality.
